On September 22, when introducing the achievements of the development of the financial industry in the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Pan Gongsheng, Governor of the People's Bank of China, stated at a press conference of the State Council Information Office that by the end of July, overseas institutions and individuals held 10 trillion yuan in domestic stocks, bonds, and loans, including 3 trillion yuan in stocks, 4 trillion yuan in bonds, and 3 trillion yuan in loans. The issuance scale of panda bonds by overseas institutions exceeded 1 trillion yuan.
