On September 22, when introducing the achievements of the financial industry during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Li Yunze, Director of the Financial Regulatory Bureau, stated at a press conference of the State Council Information Office that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the Financial Regulatory Bureau cracked down on financial chaos, focusing on addressing cases of controlling by major shareholders and insiders, sternly investigating and punishing illegal profit transfers through related transactions, and rectifying over 3600 illegal and irregular shareholders. A number of illegal financial groups have been lawfully dealt with, resolutely curbing the trend of shifting from real to virtual, strengthening the supervision of fund penetration, focusing on rectifying layered nesting and circular arbitrage, strictly regulating cross-financial products, and guiding financial liquidity to flow to the real economy.
