CSI Bank Index has fallen below the annual line for the first time in a year.

Today, the CSI Bank Index closed down more than 1%, marking the first time it has closed below the annual line since September 19, 2024. The annual increase has narrowed to 2% from over 20% previously. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China, Industrial Bank, Minsheng Bank, Huaxia Bank, Shanghai Bank, Beijing Bank, and Everbright Bank have all fallen below the annual line.
