According to the Tianyancha App, on September 19th, Ningbo Kunlin Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with Xiaomi's subsidiary Hanxing Entrepreneurial Investment Co., Ltd. and Astrend VBeta Limited being added as shareholders. The registered capital increased from 6.25 million yuan to about 7.35 million yuan, and there were also changes in key personnel. Ningbo Kunlin Technology Co., Ltd. was established in November 2023, with Zhang Xiangfu as the legal representative. Its business scope includes research and development of household appliances, as well as sales of household appliances. Currently, it is jointly held by Zhang Xiangfu, Kunmao Enterprise Management Partnership, Bei Yi Holdings, and the aforementioned new shareholders.
