Ms. Luo Jie, Mr. Xie Fubiao, and Mr. Wu Yanghong have committed not to reduce their holdings of Tengyuan Cobalt Industry shares in any way for 12 months starting from September 22, 2025, including any newly acquired shares during the commitment period due to capital reserve increase or distribution of stock dividends. If they violate the commitment, all income from reducing their holdings will belong to the company.
