Guangwei Composite Materials: Subsidiary and Shanggong Feiren Jointly Establish Civil Aircraft Parts Company.

According to the news from "Guangwei Composite Materials", on September 18, Guangwei Composite Materials' wholly-owned subsidiary Guangwei New Materials and SGSR Holdings' subsidiary SGSR Flying Man signed an investment cooperation agreement. The two parties will establish a joint venture company with a focus on civil aircraft components, with a registered capital of 80 million yuan. SGSR Flying Man will contribute 60 million yuan and hold a 75% stake, while Guangwei New Materials will contribute 20 million yuan and hold a 25% stake. The joint venture company will focus on the research, manufacturing, and sales of carbon fiber composite structural components for light aircraft and related products, aiming to leverage the technological synergy and industrial resource advantages of both parties to enhance the manufacturing technology of aviation composite components and significantly reduce the manufacturing cost of domestic aviation components.
