The CSI A500 Index Fund has turned one year old, with its total assets growing by nearly fifty percent.

From the establishment of the first product on September 20, 2024, to September 20 this year, the CSI A500 Index Fund marked its anniversary. In the past year, nearly 80 fund companies have entered into the layout of the CSI A500 Index Fund. Including ETFs, ETF connect funds, ordinary index funds, and enhanced index funds, a total of 140 CSI A500 Index Funds have been established in the market, with the latest size nearing 440 billion yuan, achieving nearly a 50% growth compared to the issuing size of around 300 billion yuan. Although the previous market prediction that the size of CSI A500 Index Funds would surpass that of the Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 Index Funds has not yet materialized, in terms of product quantity and variety, fund companies have essentially completed the initial layout. With continuous innovation in strategies and continued favor from large funds, the challenge of the CSI A500 Index Fund "not growing" is expected to be resolved in the future.
