Wisdom Financial APP news, Huilv Ecology (001267.SZ) announced that on August 22, 2025, the company's controlling subsidiary Wuhan Junheng Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Wuhan Junheng") signed the "Investment Contract for the Annual Production of 1.5 Million Optical Module Production Base Project" with Ezhou Airspace Management Committee. The contract stipulates that Wuhan Junheng will invest in and establish an annual production of 1.5 million optical module production base within the jurisdiction of the Airspace Management Committee, with a total investment of 200 million yuan, of which the fixed asset investment is 100 million yuan. On the same day, Wuhan Junheng signed a "Contract for the Investment in the Annual Production of 3 Million Optical Module Production Base Project" with the Airspace Management Committee. The contract stipulates that Wuhan Junheng will invest in and establish an annual production of 3 million optical module production base within the jurisdiction of the Airspace Management Committee, with a total investment of 500 million yuan, of which the fixed asset investment is not less than 300 million yuan.
