According to insiders from multiple express delivery companies, on September 19th, the Shanghai branches of the "Three Links and One Reach" and five other companies, including Extreme Rabbit Express, issued notices to customers. The content is as follows: "In order to implement the national policy on 'anti-internal competition' in various industries, eliminate improper behaviors that disrupt market order with low prices, continue to provide stable services to customers, and return to healthy development, after research and decision-making, starting from September 22, 2025, the express receiving prices for all users in the Shanghai area will be raised. Customers are advised to promptly inquire and confirm the prices with the local branches." Insiders from express delivery companies pointed out that "this regional price adjustment mainly targets low-priced e-commerce items, only raising the part that is below the minimum price, such as less than one yuan. Not all e-commerce express items will be subject to price hikes, and it will not have any impact on individual shipments."
