Recently, the reporter learned from the statistical department of Shanxi Province that the total output of coalbed methane in Shanxi Province in the first 8 months of this year reached 9.81 billion cubic meters, exceeding the total output for the whole year of 2022, setting a new historical high for the same period, accounting for approximately 81.3% of the national coalbed methane production for the same period.
