Jiangsu Cable collaborates with Changzhou to layout new energy track, building 40 "light storage charging" stations in 3 years.
On September 19, Jiangsu Cable signed a cooperation agreement with the government of Changzhou, announcing their entry into the new energy field. They plan to build around 40 "light storage charging" stations within three years to provide vehicle charging services for government, enterprises, and individuals. This cooperation will establish a joint venture company with an initial registered capital of 90 million yuan, with Jiangsu Cable holding 51% of the shares and Changzhou High-tech Group, Changzhou New Energy Group, and Suwendian holding a total of 49% of the shares. The company will focus on the layout of microgrid business to provide stable energy security and efficient resource synergy solutions for the construction of smart cities. The leaders of both parties also stated that they will deepen cooperation in areas such as information technology construction, 5G factory construction, tapping the potential of the digital cultural industry, and developing cultural intellectual property.
