Wuhan Intermediate People's Court has made a second-instance judgment: to reject Yang Moyuan's appeal and uphold the original verdict.

On September 20th, the official website of the Intermediate People's Court of Wuhan City issued a situation report: The People's Court of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone in Hubei Province made a first-instance judgment on the case of Yang Moyuan suing Xiao Mouxie for sexual harassment and damage liability dispute on July 25, 2025: rejecting all of Yang Moyuan's litigation requests. Yang Moyuan was dissatisfied with the judgment and appealed to this court. After a non-public hearing, this court believed that the first-instance judgment clearly established the facts, applied the law correctly, and should be maintained. This court made a second-instance judgment on September 17, 2025: rejecting the appeal and upholding the original judgment.
