From "bringing back" to "going out", industrial capital is optimistic about the new opportunities for overseas mergers and acquisitions.
With the successive introduction of the new "Nine Articles on National Security" and the "Six Articles on Mergers and Acquisitions" policies, China is entering a new era of large-scale mergers and acquisitions restructuring through the capital market as a channel, and should give full play to the leading role of the capital market in mergers and acquisitions. On September 19, Song Zhiping, President of the China Listed Companies Association, at the International Matchmaking Event for Industrial Mergers and Acquisitions in the Yangtze River Delta, pointed out the importance of mergers and acquisitions restructuring in one fell swoop. This event attracted over a hundred representatives from government departments, listed companies, investment institutions, and professional service institutions, who discussed in depth the new trends in mergers and acquisitions restructuring, as well as the opportunities and challenges for companies to go global through mergers and acquisitions under the theme of "carefully building the North Bund M&A ecosystem, presenting a new look for the International Matchmaking Event for Industrial Mergers and Acquisitions in the Yangtze River Delta, and actively participating in the integrated development and construction of the Yangtze River Delta."
