("Contemporary City Construction Development" or "Party 2"), Wuhan Contemporary Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd. ("Contemporary Technology" or "Party 1"), and its concerted action party Luo Desheng ("Party 3"). After this equity change, Gaokai Group and its concerted action party collectively hold 23.77% of the company's shares, becoming the largest shareholder in the company.
