On September 19th, the Beijing Financial Supervision Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission approved the appointment of Lu Tiangui as a director and chairman of the board of directors of CITIC Trust. Public information shows that in January 2003, Lu Tiangui joined CITIC Bank and has held various positions such as President of the Credit Card Center, General Manager of the Retail Banking Department, General Manager of the Private Banking Department, and Business Director of CITIC Bank. Since April 2021, he has served as the Deputy President of CITIC Bank. CITIC Trust is an important member of the financial sector of CITIC Group, with a registered capital of 11.276 billion yuan, owned 100% by CITIC Financial Holdings Limited, and the actual controlling shareholder is CITIC Group Limited.
