Hengmingda announced that the controlling shareholder, Jing Shiping, and the concerted actors Jing Jingping, Xia Chen, and Jing Jiang, reduced their holdings by a total of 2.561 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from August 1, 2025 to September 18, 2025, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital; Xia Chen mistakenly increased holdings by 1,400 shares on August 28, 2025, accounting for 0.0005% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, the total shareholding percentage of the above-mentioned shareholders decreased from 36% to 35%, reaching integer multiples of 1% and 5%.
