The CSRC requires Xingwanda (300207.SZ) to provide conclusive opinions on whether the company's establishment and all previous equity changes are legal and compliant. According to the disclosure of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 30, Xingwanda submitted an application for listing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Goldman Sachs and CITIC Securities as its joint sponsors.
