Today, the Ministry of Commerce held a special press conference to introduce the main content and highlights of the "Notice on Accelerating the Construction and Expansion of Urban One-hour Convenient Living Circles." The one-hour convenient living circle is an important scene for elderly care in China. The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Civil Affairs introduced that as of the end of July this year, there are 319,000 community elderly care service institutions or facilities in China, and many cities have basically achieved full coverage of urban community elderly care service facilities network.
