ST New Power: Ms. Cheng Fangfang elected as Chairman of the Board

ST New Power Announcement: The company held the 2025 third interim shareholders' meeting on September 19, 2025, electing Ms. Cheng Fangfang, Mr. Qi Longlong, Mr. Zhou Pan, and Mr. Zhou Yunsheng as non-independent directors of the sixth board of directors. Mr. Cai Chang, Mr. Chen Wenbo, and Mr. Hu Wensheng were elected as independent directors of the sixth board of directors. Ms. Cheng Fangfang was elected as the chairman of the board of directors for a term of three years. The various special committees of the sixth board of directors have also been elected, including the board of directors' strategic committee, audit committee, and nomination, compensation, and assessment committee.
