(01122.HK) announced that on September 19, 2025, the company, a financial leasing company named Chongqing Traffic Equipment Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., and the dealer Guizhou Xingjun Ling Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. entered into a repurchase agreement.
