The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong seeks court orders to disqualify four former directors of Brightoil Petroleum Holdings (08132.HK).

According to the information obtained from the Wisdom Finance and Economics APP, on September 19th, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission issued a statement seeking the original court to issue a disqualification order against four former directors of Brightoil Petroleum Group Holdings Limited (08132.HK) (formerly known as China Oil Gangran Energy Group Holdings Limited) (China Oil Gangran Energy) in the legal proceedings initiated under Section 214 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
