Zhijing Financial News APP, Beite Technology (603009.SH) announced that the company plans to increase its investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beite Singapore Investment Limited, by RMB 150 million using its own funds. 99% of the increase in capital will be used for the capital increase of Beite Singapore Technology Limited, and all of which will be used for the capital increase of Beite Technology (Thailand) Limited; the remaining 1% will be directly used by Beite Singapore Investment for the capital increase of the Thailand company.
