Wuxi Pharmatech Co., Ltd. announced the implementation announcement of the A-share equity distribution for the first half of 2025. The profit distribution plan was authorized by the 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders and approved by the 22nd meeting of the third board of directors. Based on a total share capital of 2,951,506,736 shares, a cash dividend of 0.35 yuan per share will be distributed, with a total cash dividend distribution of 865,648,086.10 yuan for A-shares.
