Huaxia Fortune announcement: As of August 31, 2025, the company has achieved a total debt restructuring amount of approximately 192.669 billion yuan through signing contracts and other methods, including 37.13 billion yuan of domestic corporate bonds and 33.532 billion yuan of overseas US dollar bonds. In addition, the total amount of financial and operating debts compensated by the "Happiness Selection Platform" and "Happiness Best Selection Platform" built with equity of subsidiary companies is approximately 23.628 billion yuan. As of the same date, the total amount of debts that the company has failed to repay on time is 24 billion yuan. During the period from August 1 to August 31, the total amount of new litigation and arbitration cases involved is 14.05 billion yuan, with 2.33 billion yuan related to plaintiff cases and 11.72 billion yuan related to defendant cases.
