Huiyun Titanium Industry announced on September 19th that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from the company's director and deputy general manager Ye Sheng. Ye Sheng, for personal reasons, has applied to resign from the positions of director and deputy general manager of the fifth Board of Directors. After resigning, Ye Sheng will no longer hold any position in the company. Ye Sheng's resignation from the position of director did not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum, and his resignation report will take effect from the date it is submitted to the Board of Directors.
