On September 19, 2025, Jineng Technology Co., Ltd. announced the release of the pledged shares by its controlling shareholder. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the controlling shareholder of the company, Qin Qingping, Wang Yongmei and their concerted parties collectively held 423.218 million shares of the company, accounting for 49.91% of the total share capital. Recently, Qin Qingping completed the procedures to release 27.34 million shares of pledged shares in advance, with the release date on September 18. This portion of shares represents 8.60% of the shares held by Qin Qingping, and 3.22% of the total shares of the company. After the release of the pledged shares, Qin Qingping holds shares in the company without any pledge, with a shareholding ratio of 37.49%.
