Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd. announced that on July 12, 2023, the company was approved to issue 214.6 million "Tongling Ding02" convertible bonds, which will be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange starting from March 6, 2024. Nordic Fund subscribed for 10 million shares in September 2023, accounting for 46.60%. Between April 11, 2024 and September 16, 2025, Nordic Fund transferred and converted multiple times. Among them, from August 30 to September 16, 2025, 2.3 million shares were converted, accounting for 10.72%. After the changes, Nordic Fund holds 400,000 shares, accounting for a decreased percentage of 1.86%.
