Ideal Car (02015.HK) and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL) (03750.HK) have reached a comprehensive strategic cooperation.

According to the Securities Times APP, on September 18th, Ideal Auto (02015.HK) and CATL (03750) signed a five-year comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement and completed the licensing ceremony. Ideal Auto Chairman and CEO Li Xiang, President Ma Donghui, CATL Chairman and CEO Zeng Yuqun, and co-President of the marketing system Han Wei attended the event together. Meng Qingpeng, Vice President of Ideal Auto's supply chain, and Wang Hui, Vice President of CATL's domestic passenger car division, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties in Ningde.
