The European Union launches anti-dumping investigation into alkyl phosphates and their sodium salts from China.

On September 18, the European Commission announced that it had initiated an anti-dumping investigation into alkyl phosphates and their sodium salts originating in China, in response to an application filed by the EU company LANXESS Deutschland GmbH on August 7, 2025. The EU customs code for the products in question is 2931 49 80. The investigation period for dumping is from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, and the injury investigation period is from January 1, 2022, to the end of the dumping investigation period. The preliminary ruling in this case is expected to be made within 7 months, but not later than 8 months.
