Jiangsu announces the social insurance payment base for the year 2025.

The Human Resources and Social Security Department, the Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial Medical Security Bureau, and the Provincial Tax Bureau of Jiangsu Province recently jointly issued the upper and lower limits of the social security contribution wage base for the year 2025. It is specified that from January 1st to December 31st of this year, the upper limit for the basic old-age insurance contribution wage base for all employees in the province is 24762 yuan, and the lower limit is 4952 yuan. The upper and lower limits of the contribution wage base for basic medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work-related injury insurance, and maternity insurance for employees will also be implemented according to this standard.
