The Ministry of Commerce and 9 other departments jointly issued the "Notice on Accelerating the Construction and Expansion of Urban One-hour Convenience Life Circle" to re-deploy the work of constructing convenience life circles. The notice proposes new goals. It is necessary to always adhere to the development ideology centered on the people, take people's satisfaction as an important criterion for evaluating work, and solidly promote the construction of convenience life circles in accordance with the principles of "Asking the people for their needs, Consulting the people for their opinions", "Tailoring policies to cities, one circle, one policy", and "Identifying what is lacking and supplementing it". By 2030, the goal of "100 cities, one thousand circles" will be achieved, that is, to establish 100 One-hour convenience life circles pilot cities for comprehensive promotion, build 10,000 well-planned, diversified, functionally complete, high-quality service, smart and efficient, fast and convenient, standardized and orderly convenience life circles, create 500 "Silver Hair Golden Streets", 500 "Childhood Fun Parks", promote a batch of basic and upgraded convenience life circles to transform into quality ones, with a resident satisfaction rate exceeding 90%, and a chainization rate of commercial outlets exceeding 30%.
