According to the Qichacha APP, Jiangsu Yarui Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. was recently established with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope includes the manufacturing and sales of electronic special materials, as well as the manufacturing and sales of display devices. The equity penetration displayed by Qichacha shows that the company is fully owned by Jack Technology.
