According to the legal litigation information from Tianyancha, on September 17th, Shanghai Weilai Automobile User Service Co., Ltd. added a new information of an execution target of 18,000 yuan, and the executing court is Shanghai Jing'an District People's Court. Shanghai Weilai Automobile User Service Co., Ltd. was established in June 2017, with Xia Qinghua as the legal representative and a registered capital of 250 million RMB. Its business scope includes insurance brokerage, retail of publications, and catering services. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Weilai Automobile Sales Service Co., Ltd.
