According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, the company Era Cheval Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Yongxin as the legal representative. The business scope includes: research and development of emerging energy technology; sales of new energy vehicle charging facilities; research and development of online energy measurement technology; and contract energy management. According to Qi Cha Cha's equity penetration display, the company is wholly owned by Era Cheval Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd.
