According to the news from Shanghai Electric, on September 15, local time, Vice President Xiao Weihua of Shanghai Electric Group and his team visited the headquarters of the Croatian national power company (HEP) and exchanged views with the President of the HEP Group, Vinja Oluji, on further deepening energy business cooperation in Croatia and Eastern Europe. Xiao Weihua stated that the 156MW Senj wind power project in Croatia, provided wind turbines by Shanghai Electric, has become a benchmark project in Croatia's green energy landscape. He looks forward to further deepening cooperation with HEP to explore new opportunities for energy cooperation in the fields of wind power, solar power, energy storage, transmission and distribution.

Goldman Sachs released a report upgrading the rating of Hua Hong Semiconductor from "Neutral" to "Buy" and raising the target price by 28% to 68.1 Hong Kong dollars. The reasons for optimism include the growth opportunities brought by AI applications (such as data center power management chips and mature process chips for edge AI devices), strong capacity utilization rates in the past few quarters supporting price improvements, expansion of domestic customer demand driving long-term demand, and ongoing capacity expansion and technology node upgrades (expected to introduce 28 nanometers by 2027). The current price corresponds to a forecasted price-earnings ratio of 43 times in 2026, which is within the historical valuation range. However, considering the company's forecasted net profit compound annual growth rate of 63% for 2025 to 2029, there is still room for the valuation to increase.
