The registered capital is 10 million yuan, and the business scope includes the sale of wind power equipment, research and development of wind power-related systems, wind power generation technology services, solar power generation technology services, etc. Shareholding penetration on QiChaCha shows that the company is jointly held by Jiangsu Yingzhen Electric Power Industrial Co., Ltd. and Zhenjiang Stock's wholly-owned subsidiary Liaoning Zheneng Technology Co., Ltd.
