The US ITC issued a final ruling on Section 337 regarding electronic cigarette liquid vaporizers and their components and downstream products.

According to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on September 17, the United States International Trade Commission issued a notice stating that it had made a final ruling on certain electronic cigarette oil atomizers, components, and downstream products in Section 337: a review of the final initial ruling referred back was carried out, confirming that the applicant meets the economic criteria for domestic status in the United States, and asking stakeholders to submit written materials on public interests and proposed remedies by no later than October 1, 2025.
