Hong Kong stocks are in turmoil. Orient Electric (01072.HK) fell more than 4%, planning to offer a discount of nearly 8% for a rights issue, raising approximately 1.075 billion Hong Kong dollars.
According to the Securities Times app, Dongfang Electric (01072.HK) fell more than 4%, as of press time, down 4.1% to HK$16.59, with a turnover of HK$45.9375 million.
