According to the Enterprise Check App, Shanghai Zhenghe Robotics Co., Ltd. was recently established with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes the research and development of intelligent robots, development of artificial intelligence basic software, development of artificial intelligence theory and algorithm software, and sales of intelligent robots. Corporate equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Zhenghe Industry.
