According to the Zhitong Financial APP, on September 17th, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice of Overseas Issuance and Listing Filing for Distinct Healthcare Holdings Limited." The company plans to issue no more than 6.371 million shares of overseas listed ordinary shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
