China Merchants Shipping and Dalian Shipbuilding signed a cooperation agreement on digital delivery of ships.

Recently, COSCO Shipping and Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd. under China Shipbuilding Group signed a cooperation agreement on digital ship delivery in Dalian. According to the agreement, the two sides will aim to achieve digital delivery of new ships for COSCO Shipping, relying on their respective expertise and resource advantages, to carry out research on design technology and application of digital ship delivery, realize efficient transmission of information at various stages of ship design, construction, and operation, empower efficient ship delivery, ship maintenance, ship repair assistance, digital twin and other application scenarios.
