Release of the Joint Action Plan for Promoting the Development of International Arbitration in the Digital Age

At the 2025 China Arbitration Summit held on September 17, the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission released the "Joint Action Plan to Promote the Development of International Arbitration in the Digital Age". The Action Plan aims to "respect rights, ensure procedures" and "enhance transparency, promote fairness", and jointly promote the safe, trustworthy, and sustainable application of artificial intelligence in arbitration, achieving technological progress and procedural fairness in parallel. It has received widespread support from 74 international organizations and dispute resolution institutions worldwide.
