Tencent's Tang Daosheng: The executive team often discusses how to integrate WeChat with Yuanbao, the integration process is still progressing.

During the media exchange at the 2025 Tencent Global Digital Ecology Conference, Tencent Group's Senior Executive Vice President and CEO of the Cloud and Smart Industry Business Group, Tang Daosheng, stated, "The current form may be transitional, and in the future we will see continuous development and changes in the integration form of WeChat and Yuanbao." According to him, in a group chat that includes many Tencent executives, they often discuss the different scenarios of presenting Yuanbao in WeChat. Some features, after being tested in a small scale, may be retained in future WeChat updates, while others may be still in the polishing stage due to unsatisfactory results.
