Wisdom Financial News App, Tianjin Development (00882) announced that the company, as the borrower, signed a financing agreement with a consortium of banks (lenders) on September 17, 2025 for a fixed-term loan with a maximum limit of HK$2 billion, which will be valid for 36 months from the date of disbursement.
