On June 11, 2025, CMI Paper received a notice from the Zhongwei Intermediate People's Court that creditors had filed a bankruptcy reorganization application. On September 15, 2025, the court ruled to not accept the reorganization application. On September 17, CMI Paper received a notification from the court accepting the bankruptcy liquidation case, and the court has filed the case. Currently, the company's production and operation are normal, and the matter will not have any adverse impact on the company's daily operations.
