Member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China and Minister of the Central Organization Department, Shi Taifeng, met with Singapore's Minister of Public Service Coordination and Minister of Defence, Chan Chun Sing, in Beijing on the 17th. Shi Taifeng stated that China and Singapore are friendly neighbors and important partners for cooperation. China is willing to work with Singapore to deepen cooperation in various fields, including leadership training exchanges, in order to achieve more results in the comprehensive high-quality forward-looking partnership between China and Singapore, and to better benefit the two countries and their peoples. Chan Chun Sing expressed that Singapore is willing to continue strengthening training exchanges with China, deepening cooperation in various fields, and promoting the deep development of bilateral relations.
