Cnstock News APP reported that Dongfeng Group (00489.HK) announced on September 17, 2025 that the company, Dongfeng Motor Corporation (a jointly controlled entity of the company and considered a subsidiary), Xiangyang Holdings and Xianggao Investment have entered into an investment agreement. According to this agreement, the contracting parties will jointly establish a joint venture company through capital contribution.
