National Medical Products Administration: Carry out the second phase pilot of personalized cosmetic services in some regions.

On September 17th, the State Administration for Market Regulation announced that it will start the second phase of a pilot project for personalized services for cosmetics in certain regions. Starting from October 1, 2025, cosmetic filers participating in the pilot project or domestic responsible persons authorized by overseas filers can provide on-site simple mixing and packaging services for two or more pre-registered cosmetics based on consumers' personalized needs at their specialty stores, self-operated stores, and other retail locations. The pilot project will last for 2 years.
