According to the Zhitong Financial APP, data from the Macau Statistics and Census Bureau shows that the overall residential property price index for May to July 2025 was 194.0, a decrease of 1.1% from the previous period (April to June 2025). The existing residential property index (208.9) decreased by 2.1%, while the pre-sale property index (232.8) recorded an increase of 8.3% due to the introduction of new properties during the period.
