This transfer is due to SCPE's own capital needs, and the buyer will be an institutional investor with pricing capabilities and risk tolerance. SCPE currently holds 6.53% of Edith's total shares, amounting to 6,955,600 shares, with the transferred shares accounting for 45.96% of its holding. The transfer will not be conducted through open market trading or block trades, and the shares may not be transferred again within 6 months after the transaction.
